SOUTHWESTERN SHRIMP

To change it up from meats I like to have some nice shrimp or prawns, ill cook in a small iron pan low heat with a drizzle of olive oil and some tasty southwest seasoning, cook for about 5 – 7 min fresh.

I’ll chop half a cup of pico de gallo and either add it on top once shrimp is done Cooking or add it into pan to cook with the shrimp for a quick minute with a zest of lemon.

The flavors of this just make my mouth water, It’s my favorite for a light dinner or to take for lunch the next day.

You can even add a nice green vegetable if you want.

Ingredients & carb count:

Shrimp or Prawns cooked – 0.2g of carbs

Pico de gallo (roman tomato, red onion, cilantro) – 3g of carbs

Sweet & Smokey Seasoning by Lawry’s – 0g of carbs
