Broccoli ( 2 grams of net carbs per ½ cup ) is one of my favorite side dishes and I love to bake them in the oven, super easy to cook and even to do the night before for meal preps with grilled chicken or even a hot link.
All you will need is raw/fresh Broccoli
Olive oil, Salt and Pepper
Toss ingredients in a zip lock bag or right into an oven safe pan and cook for 12 -15mins
You can even add some whipped butter if you like some extra taste and done.
